How we teach
Play is how children learn. Our classrooms build every skill inside games, projects and classroom "studies" kids care about.
Creative Curriculum
Research-based, play-driven learning
Creative Curriculum turns each classroom into a place kids explore: blocks, dramatic play, art, books, sand & water, discovery, cooking, music and outdoors — all supported by daily routines children can count on.
Scope & Sequence
Our year at a glance
Units roll reading, math, science and social skills into themes kids find genuinely fun. Sample plan — final by Director for 2026–27.
Fall
Beginning the Year — friendships, routines, feelings — then the Trees study (leaves, colors, counting acorns).
Winter
The Buildings study — measuring, mapping our church building — and Clothes (sorting, seasons, buttons & zips).
Spring
Reduce · Reuse · Recycle — sorting and caring for our Earth, then the Balls study (rolling, throwing, physics!).
Late Spring / Summer
Music Making and end-of-year Pre-K send-off projects. [Final unit plan to confirm.]
